Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I've told you about my friends' toy store, right? They have about a million things there I think you would LOVE!

You are right! Just glancing at that first page I saw Blythe and the San-X seals, both of which I totally love. I got some of the seal stuff for my b-day and it is soooo adorable!

OMG, just got total attitude from an AA who works with my group. Eye rolling and back turning, just cause I tried to give her some gentle guidence. I was nice, I promise....but oooooh, man is she gonna get written up. That is just not cool.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy Birthday, GlamCookie!!!!!!!

Suzi, you need outta there ASAP. That's not right (her behavior, that is).

I had another interview today that went well, I suppose. It's hard to tell sometimes. We'll see what happens.

Thrive to spite them

FLAIL!!!

We have Flirtage! He came back through here and we talked id badges. He asked if I had one and I showed it to him. "but it's not a great picture" (honestly it's not), and then he said "the original is much better" and got kinda weird and siad "you're a beautiful girl" as he was walking out the door and he said something about coming back through here and I very enthasustically said "Please do!" Also thank you for the compliment.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Whoo askye! Yay flirtage!

ChiKat, actually, in this case SHE is the one who needs to be gone. She was hired to fill in for a gal who is about to go out on maternity, so we are kinda stuck for a couple of months - but after that - SEE YA!

BUT, in "Suzi needs different work" news, the forecast is not good. That opportunity is fading. The initial response is that the Program Manager of that contract is hesitant to have me take over since I'm so far away. He is in Seattle and both the accountants are in Oregon. If I took it, there would be one accountant in Oregon and ME....how is that SO different? I guess the concern is that I'm not located right next to the other gal...but that could be worked with - right?!?!?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Now, you need to hope that he comes through at a lunchish time so that you say "I'm going to grab some lunch, want to come?" but not in a porny way. Save that for the second date.

Thrive to spite them

I'll definitly do that if he comes through at any time that's remotely near lunch, if he's eaten then we can maybe schedule something for the future.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, askye flirtage!

vw, sorry the interview didn't go well.

I'm at Mom's. I've got everything done except the rough draft. There is no way I am going to get a rough draft finished in less than an hour and a half, and I have to leave here at 4 so that I can be home and ready to (hopefully) sign apartment paperwork. I'm going to write my professor and tell her what has been happening with my internet connection, but since she wrote the "no excuses" rule, I'm just going to kiss those 5 points good-bye.

Tea:

Double what I just wrote in the last post, since my stepfather just walked in and put the radio on full blast. I know it's his house, so I really can't object.
