The lemon bars were still lovely. They seemed pretty dense, though, so I think they would probably still set up ok with more lemon. I'll (and I'll ask Katie and Java Cat) post the results of any expirementation. I don't know about them, but it may be a bit for me, as I bake about a couple of times a year.

I just made dinner. Fresh wheat/oat pasta from the farmers market with mixed spicy greens (also from the farmers market), white beans, garlic, and olive oil. Took about five minutes, and SO good.

I just got back from manis and pedis with Mr. Jane. Wicked Witch and Berry Dangerous for me, and some bright lime green and sparkly blue for him. Then I think I'll sew for a bit. Later, maybe drinks at Lee Harvey's.

So very jealous of libkitty! Matilda holding is always awesome.
