Poor Raq! I hope you get settled in soon, even if it's just for tonight.
Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh man, the one night I have insomnia and everyone else is peacefully asleep.
I'm up, but it qualifies as morning here.
sj, email me and I'll give you any info I have on short sales.
Oh, Raq! That's no good. What a way to end such a long trip. I hope you're sleeping soundly now.
And, yay for Maria! We are nice.
Robin, insomnia's no good. I hope you're sleeping now too.
Timelies, all! I was gonna sleep in this morning (and I guess I still kind of did), but they're chipping up that tree that fell across the street, and it is VERY loud. Oh, well. I've got work to do. It's good to be up, I suppose.
Selfishly, my main thought (now that I've read that she's gone to the hotel and she and Mal are safe) is WHEEEEEEEEEE! Raq's back!
I got up early today. How and when did I become a morning person? Ugh. Need to work on my lit review today though.
Go, Nora with the lit review!
Yay Bitches! From my skim I see we are very smart, very nice, and also pretty!
1st task on the list now that coffee has been consumed is trimming the dog. I am going to take her to mom's and leave her for a week so a new trim and bath would be a good plan. Mom doesn't know she's dogsitting yet, don't tell.

Thanks! Insent to your profile address.
Oh Raq! I hope that is your very last 'bump' and that all further transition stuff is smooth and easy. Sometimes things ARE easy...much ~ma to that effect coming your way.
Blessings to Maria for her super-quick generosity.
Go you Hil!
Bartleby and I walked 5 miles this morning. Turns out Sir Stubbitude's envelope for enjoying a walk stretches to roughly 4 miles. He wasn't loving the last bit...and he's now crashed like the Hindenburg.
I, on the other hand, feel great.
Just like in my jock cycling days, the first bit is the hardest. Back then, I didn't start enjoying my workout until after the 12 mile mark. Now, I have learned to warm up on my Spinning cycle before hitting the street, but I'm still not liking the feeling until after the 2 mile mark. This bodes well for the Marathon.
