Let me guess. We're in a hurry.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Just so I don't come off as a total bitch

I'm thinking you don't say it in a way that makes your students feel stupid and stressed. That is the problem I have with Nora's teacher.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

True, Erin. I don't call what you described as an honest question, though. That's someone being lazy and trying to use the prof instead of doing their own work. Nora is a student asking for clarification.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Here's the new 'do.

Great cut, great color, 100% Jess.

Baby bump!

Yes, we had ear plugs.

Daisy got dropped off at the airport at 9:37 this morning. It was so fun having her out here - she's so easy going and just absolutely herself.

David you rock! Far too many folks don't protect their ears. I love it so much when folks care for their hearing.

Well, Alex rocks. He was the one sensible enough to bring them.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

ION, I've been feeling sick in the stomach at the loss of our nice digital camera (a gift from JZ's boss for taking baby pics). It was in the diaper bag we misplaced this weekend.

So EM heard about this, and decided that we couldn't leave Matilda's childhood undocumented until we could afford a new camera. So she bought us a new one. Same nice, expensive camera.

So kind and thoughtful.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Damn, that's nice of her, Hec. Wow.

It wasn't at the restaurant? It's gone daddy gone?

Not at the restaurant, not in the car, not in the house.

We are baffled.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That was lovely of EM.

Mallory used to hit me so hard in the ribs it would knock me off balance. Now he does that to people's legs. He may be one of the only children who knows "TACKLEHUG!!!" as one of his first 50 words.
It wasn't far behind in the Nephlet's vocab.

And when he was here a couple of weeks ago? He couldn't sleep the first night so I put Cars on and we both fell asleep watching it. I got freakin' pummeled by him. Crazy flinging limbed kid...
