What? Half the world? Well, I suppose you'd know it'd be too much work for me to fly for a whole day to boil your bunny rabbit, after the fact.
Or, indeed, before the fact. (Breaks the ice at parties!)
Biyi and I watched our wedding DVD last night. I'm probably fortunate that Biyi wasn't offended at me laughing through much of it. Oh, and apparently the host of the reception referred to my dad's fiancee as my mother (nuh and uh), said I was from Canada (and excused it on the grounds that Canada and Australia aren't that far from each other), and called me fat. I am so not booking him for my next wedding.
Erin, we should TOTALLY be long-distance dating. :) Though I think ideally I'd be long distance dating someone who was either (a) within driving range, just a little far (5 hours? can't do it spur of the moment one night, but OK for a weekend), or (b) a frequent/cheap plane ride away (Chicago?)
Starts humming "Forever Your Girl." Realize I am humming PAULA FUCKING ABDUL. Stops.
meara, I'll get right on the moving to Chi bit. And the gay bit. I'll...um...practice? Role-play?! Soon, I swear. Really. Do you still love me? Hold me!
No, I'm the teaching assistant. I really can't change it.
Oh, darn, Hil. That's sucks. You'll have to power through it, and that bites. Unless you can't, and then the students will live. Really. I swear.
I am, in fact, in NYC. I was in CA when I joined, however, so it is an understandale mistake.
Aww, we're perfect together, Erin, I sing cheesy songs all the time because something someone says makes the lyrics appear in my brain!
As for the gay thing, how about we just say it's an OPEN long distance relationship? And then we can get our lovin' on the side. :)
Awesome! I am LDBi!!!
Woo hoo! I gott go change ALL my profiles!
Well, then! We should go to the theater!
Woo hoo! I gott go change ALL my profiles!
You need pics from both sides now?
Well, I hadn't thought about it that way, but...sure! This is my girl-liking side, and this is my boy-liking side. (One is best 1/4; the other full-face...)
Well, then! We should go to the theater!
Have you seen Spring Awakening? Not that I like that show or anything...
(Also on my list: Legally Blonde, Curtains, Frost/Nixon, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, A Chorus Line, LoveMusik, 110 in the Shade, Prelude to a Kiss, Altar Boyz, Jack Goes Boating, Dying City, and just about anything else)
I have not seen Spring Awakening. I haven't seen anything recently except Curtains, which was marvelous, and I would happily see it again. I would happily see pretty much anything. I'm a theater ho.
