Nicole, it sounds a lot like some of my panic attacks. It could be too, that something physical (allergies) is triggering them. I'd still start out with a doctor, though.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
You guys made me hungry. Sadly, I have no Breyer's Peach and it is raining like WHOA outside. However, I do have Breyer's Mint Chocolate Chip!
OK. So. This morning, my alarm clock, which I forgot to turn off, went off at 8:30. I panicked, "OMG! I teach at 8:30 on Mondays! I'm going to be late! And my students have a test this week that they need to review for, and they're going to kill me!" Then I got dressed, and then checked my watch, and remembered, I teach at 9:30 on Mondays, not 8:30. So I sat down on my couch, and fell asleep. Then woke up at 10:30, went through the whole panic thing again, and finally realized that it's Sunday, not Monday. Changed back into pajamas, went back to sleep.
My brain is a strange place this weekend.
I considered allergies but the feeling doesn't usually last very long. Maybe 30 minutes, or so? Except for today, but that's likely due to not eating. Which... I would do if I didn't still feel blah*.
Shoot. Forgot to mention my jealousy over Sail and Brenda's cupcake having. I'm pretty sure I'd eat a cupcake - even with the nausea.
Nothing tropical, it is coming from the north.
Good to hear (read), Laura. Moisture~ma.
- I probably shouldn't be watching The Stand, what with reading about so many people feeling icky and not feeling too hot myself. I can't decide if I'm evil enough to head for Vegas or good enough to head to... wherever the good people holed up.

Boulder, Nicole. The good guys went to Boulder. LV looked a bit more fun, though.
Feel better, sweetie.
And Ginger, too.
Boulder, Nicole. They went to Boulder. Personally, after an apocalypse, I'd try to trek somewhere a bit more temperate, Proddings of God or no.
Hil, that sucks! It makes me laugh, but it sucks. I've done things like that; my most memorable was in high school, before I'd ever even been kissed, I went through a whole dream in which I was pregnant, and I was freaking out about how to tell me parents. In the dream, I lay down to sleep, still worrying, and then I woke up IRL, but I thought I was still in the dream. I was so freaked I woke up, got in the shower to get ready for school, still just ANXIOUS about the whole pregnancy thing, and it was only when I looked at my wet belly and realized "Hey! Not Pregnant! WTF?" that I realized it was a dream. Got out of the shower, looked at the clock -- it was about 2:30 a.m.-- thought "Oh, thank God, and I am NEVER HAVING SEX EVEAH!" and went back to sleep.
Huh, AmyLiz. We share a brain much, today? You take the left hemi, and I'll take the right. Switch at 8 p.m., huh?
Definitely a sharing of the brain, right there. Wow. Similar wording, even. You two are freakin' me out.
Boulder is only 20-30 minute car ride away, so I suppose I'll side with the good folk, should it come to that.
I do have Breyer's Mint Chocolate Chip!
Oh! I have Haagen-Dazs Extra Rich Light mint chip in the freezer - can't believe I forgot about that. Lots of chocolate bits to pick out. Yum. I should probably eat something for lunch first, though.

I'm there, Erin.
Although I'm really glad I never shared your pregnancy dream.
