Mal: Zoe, why do I have a wife? Jayne: You got a wife? All I got is that dumbass stick sounds like its raining. How come you got a wife?

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Those are some damn cute kids. Man, Isaac's supposed to be a baby.

He's very blond!

ION, A's win in the bottom of the 11th! Against the steenkin' Yankees. Hah! Eat it Yankees.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Emmett had some brotherly milestones today.

He put a diaper on Matilda for the first time!

Admittedly it was a clean diaper on a clean (just tubbed) baby, but still.

Also, he instigated to get her in the tub and he washed her hair.

When we came back from playing tennis this morning I warned him, "Don't make a bunch of noise when we go in and wake up the baby. If you wake her up I'll lock you in a room with her until she settles down."

And he said, "Fine with me! Lock me in a room with her, I'll just play with her."

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Emmett is turning into a wonderful big brother. It's making me sappy.

The next generation is percolating quite nicely.

I've decided that when I get married, I will be wearing this tiara: [link]

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

So do not want to be awake. Coffee or snooze, the eternal struggle.

I also skipped shamelessly.

And I now have a list of people who want to flirt shamelessly with meet Cass the next time she's in Seattle!
Really? I should come up to Seattle...

The photographer at the Vampire Ball was fantastic.
She was really good. Just amazing. My mom loved the pic too. Still need to send them to my dad.

Fondue is about the best thing ever invented...and a whole dinner of fondue after fondue after fondue is so fabulous.
I love fondue dinners. Sooo yummy.

Those are some damn cute kids. Man, Isaac's supposed to be a baby.
Are you kidding? Franny is supposed to be a baby! Isaac is ... How did this happen? Where did time go? God, they are adorable!

And BEAN! Such cute LilyBean pictures. With funny captions!

Pretty tiara, vw!

Poor Cass! You're not supposed to be up this early on a Saturday.

Beverly - Apr 14, 2007 5:04:44 am PDT #5022 of 10003
Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Cass, way too early for a Saturday. Sympathies. And coffee, if you'd like. Some house brand French Roast, which is surprisingly not bad.

Am seriously ded from the cute kinder pictures and stories. Emmett is an awesome elder brother.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Thanks, everybody. I'm sorry I've been so remiss. That's really the reason Isaac has morphed magically from baby to toddler way too quickly. He's just a couple weeks younger than Lillian.

Your Emmet story reminds me of one about Franny and Isaac. He was just a baby at the time, she was probably 2 or so, maybe a bit older. Anyway he was in his crib, and I heard her go into the bedroom to play with him. She had just recently learned to climb into the crib. I'm listening, but not worrying, until I hear her saying something like "me change the baby dia-dup." I run into the bedroom, and there is Franny grabbing a clean diaper and reaching to get a wet wipe. She has removed Isaac's VERY poopy diaper and put it aside. Incredibly, she hadn't made a huge mess YET, but I took over the job at that point.
