Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Rangers got Sosa, yes.

No way you can disappoint me, Daisy. I know who you are. My affection is already miles deep. It will just take on more specific shape and nuance on seeing you.

hec, I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow with Kristin and Aimee's genius, Erica. Any suggestions? I am looking for something new, but still somewhat in my usual Chrissie Hynde/Joan Jett/shaggy vein.

Well, I think we've established that's a good look for you. I'm trying to think of any interesting variations I've seen lately. Erica is very good with the layered shapes from what I've seen on Aimee and Kristin - I'd trust her to shape it around your (beautiful!) face and find the right length for you.

I hope that's not too wishy washy - but I really do think she's the kind of stylist you can say "This is the length I'm thinking about and the rest is up to you to make me prettiest." She'll do it!

Aww. See now I'm going to get all teary, and I'm already a little drunk on gin and unexpected grandparent affection.

There's no crying in baseball!

But this isn't baseball, it's friend schmoop. There's totally crying in friend schmoop.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

JZ, I quit breastfeeding right around the same time. Em pulled my nipple about 6 feet away from my body and then shook her head like a rabid wolverine getting a kill. Joe had to peel me off the ceiling, it hurt so bad.

So yeah. Right there with you.

Hurting the boobs gets Mr. Jane placed on boob restriction until he can treat them with the proper respect.

That's pretty much what happened to Matilda.

It's funny, Emmett was grinnier when he was an infant so I was actually a bit put-off by him getting teeth. It messed up his gummy smile. But she looks very cute when she smiles with just her two bottom teeth.

I love the upside down rabbit look on babies! No idea why it amuses me so, but it does.
