Mal: Zoe, why do I have a wife? Jayne: You got a wife? All I got is that dumbass stick sounds like its raining. How come you got a wife?

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's what I want to do, but I have to check and make sure it's right. I think it is, but I have to be sure. More sure. Go through the motions of making sure.

Now tagless for your comfort.

If you're getting money back, they could give a shit when you file. For reals. If you owe, on time is important.

I'm on time with federal and state. My municipal taxes are filed quarterly, and I've actually spaced it and forgotten a couple of times. They're very forgiving. And the city school tax is new--so there are some kinks to work out and I need to familiarize myself with another new form--it's not online. Basically, if they want to come after my ass for $600, they're welcome to. But they won't.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I actually had both H&R Block and Turbo Tax open at the same time, and I just copied the information from one to the other, and I looked, baffled, as Turbo Tax took away money at a step H&R Block did nothing. I think they taxed me on my relocation (paid for by my company). Which...maybe is what was supposed to happen, but I put the same W-2 information into HRB, and it didn't do anything. So.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I cannot believe I've still not done my taxes. I usually do them in January. I'm not even sure what I've done with the paperwork.

I think I've been seriously depressed this winter. Like, seriously. I may be surfacing finally.

Aaaaand, I'm done. These local forms are pretty easy. I still owe money, though, dammit. Feh.

Same thing here, though I have no idea where the difference is coming from.

Do you have doctor to talk to, Zen?

I do, -t. Thank you. I think I'll be talking to him again pretty soon.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, Zen, I'm sorry. Glad for the surfacing, but a serious depression with its sluggishness and paralysis is so miserable. Have you been hit by it before, or is it new? At least you've got no shortage of sympathetic and empathetic company 'round here.

ION, breastfeeding is Over. Matilda just had a burst of frantic hunger in which she bit me, hard, three times in three minutes (stupidly, I kept hoping that each bite was the last until the third). The last time, it hurt so much that I screamed, which frightened her into a weeping fit. And now when I think about her mouth on me, I can feel my breasts cringing and the milk ducts trying to crawl back in and hide behind my lungs, which can't be good for milk letdown.

That's good, Zen. Take care of yourself.

Oh, ow, JZ! Ow!

Weird! I wonder why the two programs would be so different. The difference was substantial too, if I recall; it was hundreds of dollars.
