Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm kinda sad about it. It's the car we brought Em home in.

She's not still in it is she? After him!

cherry vodka based cocktail

This. This sounds very yummy.

t shallow

Someone please give me a sanity check and/or tell me I'm turning into an elitist gothy snob. I'm browsing for clothing (for the big gothy event in May), and when I find things I kinda like, I find myself thinking "But I know that all the other Victorian goth girls will have that, too!"

(Yes, I know. I'm rolling my eyes at me, too.)

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

How long do I have to wait before it's not too early for a drink?

Earliest I ever started drinking was 11:30am. A friend of mine (heavy drinker and proud of it) once cracked a beer about 10:30am. And the guys who lived across the street in college frequently would start drinking at 9:30am or earlier.

Actually, that's probably a pretty decent sliding scale.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Jilli, I'm wearing pointy-toed (well, a little) black flats with little silver skulls on them. I thought of you when I bought them.

And do I start with wine or some sort of cherry vodka based cocktail?

go cherry, choose cherry! I am a big fan of the cherry vodka gimlet, eponymously called The Stephtini

I have had my 17 (well, 16 at the time) year old tell me this. One would think I tip the occasional cocktail.
