I'm a COOL auntie. I have to make COOL presents for the baby's room, otherwise I'll be *that* auntie.
I am not a cool auntie, we give the kids mostly science/educational books and toys. Although we did break down for Erin's 2nd birthday and get a GIANT stuffed Happy Feet penguin which apparantly is the bees knees at their house.

I just had a McDonald's hamburger - I figured it was the blandest non-assaulting "fud" I could eat - and am cautiously hopeful. I would like to mention that I suspect few MickeyD's in the world offer McMenus of calamari souvlaki and Heineken.
The thing that annoys me about this stomach bug? Every time R has an episode of it, he loses about 6 pounds. I lose 1 or 2. TANJ.

I finally sent that origami-of-the-day calendar I bought for my niece in September and she likes it! I'm very happy. (It was supposed to be a Christmas present but became a random gift - because I was so late with it.)
