I seen you without your clothes on before. Never thought I'd see you naked.

Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Both indeed.

Fay -Wow! You look wonderful. What a lovely living space too.

Then she turned around and reminded me that I might want to wash my hair today. Which made me laugh and laugh and laugh. I think she's taken me on as a project.

I want an 80 year old lady to take me on as a project!

I've been in my office since 7 getting a 12 yo to finish his damn project and now it looks like we will be at it again later. Parenting sucks. I thought it was tough to motivate myself to do my work, but easy compared to motivating kids to do theirs. Sobbing now.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Let's see if I can meara.

Aimee, Empress of sugar daddies. I should have known.

juliana - thrifting ahoy!!! Also need to look at a calendar and pick a Saturday for RHPS.

Suzi - did you have to take Environmental Science? SCI 275?

I took SCI 256 - People, Science & the Environment. I bet it was a previous version of the course. You looking for the book? Hit me up with any questions.

In school related news, I have to get one more class onto my schedule and then I'm set for everything I need to graduate - hopefully in early December!

Fay, OMG, thud. The cut, the pose, the gilt frame, the wicked cherub. Thud.

Cash - in our house when either of the pets are on meds, we discovered we have to make a checklist to mark off when meds are given, otherwise each of the three adults assumes one of the others did it.

In more MEME news, it is K-Bug's 17th birthday today. How do I have a 17 year old kid? Yikes! And a good kid at that? Just kinda shocking.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've got to teach a class this morning and attend a class this afternoon. I'm really not in a mood to interact with people today.

Fay, you look fabulous -- that cut is sexy and sophisticated.

Old ladies who see everything are a trip. When I was in college, the neighbor lady gave a very accurate description of the perps for every crime that happened in our block, no matter what time of day -- 3 a.m., 3 p.m., didn't matter. That woman owned the street, without ever leaving her living room.

{{Laura}} You parents are amazing. I'd have no patience for the little buggers.

Yesterday at work my plan for what I was going to do was turned on its head by 4 professors who had to have research done by the end of the day. Today I have no requests, yet I can't seem to motivate myself to start any of the work I was planning to get off my desk yesterday.

I'm really not in a mood to interact with people today.

Then it's the perfect day for a pop quiz!

Since we give the meds with their food, whoever feeds them is supposed to give the pill. That way, there's no assumption that someone else has done it. I'd love to give him the benefit of the doubt but he just blew it.

This is a sore spot with me because I'm the one who always cleans up the mess.

I'm really glad I'm getting away on my own this weekend. I need a break.

Ahhh, for us CJ feeds the animals, but the adults do the drugs.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

OK, I am officially sick of being sick. Week Three of low level misery has brought intensified throat pain and difficulty swallowing, a follow up visit to the doctor, and continued "ehhhhh" on the part of said doctor.

So I am to email her of my state of health daily for the next couple days.

She thinks it *might* be a sinus infection, maybe, possibly, but doesn't want to switch my course of antibiotics unless she's more sure. So, it's wait and see.

Oh, Nora. That's so frustrating!

What is even happening?

Oh Nora, I know exactly how you feel and it is of the suck -- this long, lingering low-level ick that won't submit to treatment. I hope you get better really soon.

Cash - in our house when either of the pets are on meds, we discovered we have to make a checklist to mark off when meds are given, otherwise each of the three adults assumes one of the others did it.

We do this with the kids. Seriously. If one of us gives a child Motrin, or Tylenol, or Benadryl, or a prescription drug, we write it on the calendar. Usually if we have one kid sick, another kid is soon to follow, and it can get so confusing.

Since we give the meds with their food, whoever feeds them is supposed to give the pill. That way, there's no assumption that someone else has done it. I'd love to give him the benefit of the doubt but he just blew it.
Is Mac supposed to be on medicine long term -- or was this just a course of something for X days?
This is a sore spot with me because I'm the one who always cleans up the mess.
I don't blame you, a bit.
I'm really glad I'm getting away on my own this weekend. I need a break.
Oh yeah, baby.
