Spike's Bitches 35: We Got a History

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Hee. Glad you found it, Zen. I've been known to wander around looking for something that I am holding IN MY HAND, so, back pocket's not so bad.

Eta: oh no, P-C! Ouch!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

TImelies, Bitches.

I'm at work. Blah de blah blah blah.

And the manager I was hoping *wasn't* working today is, indeed, working and now I have to tell jer that I won't be in next Saturday which is just going to flip her out. But ya know? Finding it hard to even care. It's a wedding. She can kiss my behind.

What is even happening?

Ginger, does your mom have a cardiologist or just a regular GP? She and your sister might want to think about her seeing a cardiologist.

Ouch, P-C? Did you have to go to the ER to get it relocated? Are you okay, today?

Zen, good luck finding your Debit Card. Yikes. I hate when that happens to me.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I'm so glad your mom is doing better, Ginger. CHF is -- or is supposed to be, if your doctors are at all on top of it -- pretty manageable. Continued recovery~ma and get-a-decent-doctor~ma to your mother.

Oh, P-C, ouch. Horrible fucking agony like the last time with the awful ER visit, or less traumatic? It's just frigging miserable the tendency the human body has, once it's had something rotten happen to it once, to flip out like a mammal forever after for hardly any reason at all (as for example, the first time I threw out my back and neck I was moving an absurdly heavy box; the second time I was watering a plant). Ach, your poor shoulder.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I hate myself.

snuggles P.-C., doesn't touch the arm

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

She has a cardiologist. I'm just beginning to wonder if he's a good cardiologist. I'm going to try to get a bunch of work done over the next few days and go up next week sometime. Maybe I can get a chance to talk to her doctors.

Ouch, P-C. It's terrible how the human body can turn on you.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Poor p-c, poor cash, poor Ginger and Mom, ~ma to you all. And yay for Sean and S getting a bit better.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Wishing good health to all Bitches and family. Cash, PC, those are both very painful conditions and I hope today brings you relief. Ginger, glad your mom is doing better and I am sure having you advocating for her will result in better care.

I slept in my own bed with my own husband last night. Lovely. I took a shower and brushed my teeth thisd morning and now I'm exhausted. My plan for the rest of the day=nothing.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Robin, can I make you and DH dinner and drop it off tomorrow night? Or maybe another night if you've been inundated with food?

Or cookies, since I know DH is an amazing cook.

Good plan, Robin! Rest up so you can brush your teeth again tomorrow.

Ginger's plan is also good. Good luck with figuring out the cardiologist situation.

I'm off to buy a tennis racquet, woo-hoo! And some snacky things to eat while watching Buffy. Not from the same store, most likely.
