Um.

Man, that used to be my comic store. Good times, good times.

I believe the main store moved from its New Oxford Street location sometime last year? I was in London in January, and it had been replaced by a hair salon and coffee shop. Yes, I know, picky picky.

Anyhow, for those who were wondering whether the events of Astonishing are pre or post Civil War: [link]

eta regarding the store move, wikipedia says 2003 (no link as closing bracket messes it up)

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Steph, I think I sprained something at the WIR one.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Has DC invented a villain yet that actually carries his own refrigerator around with him?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Women in Refrigerators, I think.

Oh! Duh. Since I called it "girlfriend in refrigerator," my brain just went "Whuzza?" and curled up like a pillbug.

This is so wrong, but I sprained something laughing at it.

I don't think so, but I suspect if Plastic Man hadn't been axed, we'd have seen one there, bless Baker's boots.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I think I'm going to hold off on the rest of these until I get home.

I'm not finding them particularly hilarious, though I thought the cobra saying "I was once a man" in the first one was pretty cute.

Heh. I meant to link that one! Guess I missed it in all the jollity.
