Art Crawl!!!

SA, you could probably just say that.

I picked up many many comics yesterday. I'm kind of caught up now. And I have a question re: Catwoman, first issue "One Year Later": okay, who's the daddy of her baby? Is it Bruce?

I think I missed something. I'm going to assume that answers will be in 52 weeks, right? Maybe?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ultimate Avengers: The Movie is kind of lame. The voice acting is terrible.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Really? I didn't have a problem with the voice acting myself. Other than Black Widow. That accent. Just ugh. I had issues with some of the casting choices (Cap sounded way too "Golly, gee" for me. There should have been a hint of that, but Ultimate Cap is still very much a soldier) but didn't have a problem with the delivery beyond Widow's.

The plot was kind of pointless, though. They took hints from the Ultimates comic book, but it didn't really go anywhere. "These aliens have been on the planet since WWII, where they helped the Nazis. Since then, they've stayed on the planet for some unknown purpose, then blew up our tracking satellite. Now they're attacking us. Yay, we blew them up."

Still, it had some great one-liners. Thor, and everyone's reaction to him, cracked me up, and the final fight with the Hulk was pretty cool.

(Edited to fix annoying typo)

Bruce Banner's voice really got on my nerves.

Whoops.

Bruce Banner's voice really got on my nerves.

Huh. It didn't bother me at all and fit the character for me. Of course, Ultimate!Banner was so completely unlikeable in the comics, I may have just expected him to sound annoying.
