I haven't been on here for a long time, because I really haven't done much BTVS/ATS stuff recently. I have been piddling with a Transformers/Buffy fanfic but I only update it occasionally.
Anyway, living in LA does have many perks. One of them was the Wizard Convention at the Convention Center. I decided to go after I heard that Charisma Carpenter would be there signing autographs. I usually don't go to these conventions often, but I thought, hey, what could hurt?
So I came away with my first celebrity autograph ever -- a nice 8 x 10 signed by Charisma in a silver marker. That was a cool experience. I meandered for another hour looking at the various booths. I was so tempted to buy the M.Bison action figure made by SOTA and the Hulk Buster Iron Man figure from Marvel Legends, but I didn't end up buying because I am saving for other things...
We don't actually discuss much Buffy/Angel/FF verse stuff here.
Saw "V for Vendetta" tonight. Although I like Moore, I hadn't read this particular work of his yet and refrained once I knew it would be a movie. I wanted to view it without prejudice. It rocks, man. So glad this movie is coming out NOW. Now is its time.

Did JLU air this weekend? My TiVo says it didn't record "Ancient History" because it was no longer in the program guide.
No JLU this weekend. Or not at it's usual time.
Something odd must have happened for it to have been in the program guide, and then disappear.
From what I've read, the schedule was rearranged because of Miyuzaki month. Next new JLU ep is April 8th.
Ah! That's what happened! Last week I got some random kids anime, and this weekend, nothing at all.
