Hmmm. OK.

I liked it because I didn't expect a plot and I kind of expected it to be test-reelish. I never expect a plot with something that short (I am sure there are lots of extremely good 7-minute films with plots, I have just never seen one.) I liked it because in that small amount of time, with a small budget (one assumes) that live-action Batman was about a zillion times cooler to me than the recent Hollywood versions.

I love Predator - so I liked that too. I liked the interaction with the Joker, and I especially loved the "Daddy."

Thank you erinaceous!

Too cool.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

I am pretty sure it is straight reprint of the Jonathon one-shot of a few years ago.

I didn't see it. I've only ever read Fray, and that was all this year. So the on-line version, super cool.

[x-posted with press]

I was packing stuff for my move, and I found that I have an extra copy of Fray #2.

The first person to contact me at my profile address who wants it gets it.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

So, has anyone else played the new Buffy video game, Chaos Bleeds? I've got some rather, well, strong, opinions about it versus the first one, but I don't want to go on a tirade if no one else gives a damn about it.:)

(Edited to clarify which game, since there's also the Buffy RPG which is an entirely different animal.)

No, but I finally got to play the Buffy RPG.

I also borrowed V for Vendetta from a friend, since finding a copy of my own was proving impossum-able.

It's pretty magnificent. Though it's in an odd place for a masterwork, since I don't think there's a definitive version. The early eps were drawn and printed as black and white. Then it was finished being drawn to be colored, and the early issues colorized. It definitely looked best in black and white, and there's no version (at least last I checked) that had the whole thing in black and white.

(goes to get it out of the bag)

All color, but washed out color. Kind of like newsprint. This tpb is 1988.

(puts it back in bag so nothing bad happens to it while I'm not reading it)

I traded Kavalier and Clay, and the first issue of 1602 for it, although he gets to keep K&C.
