S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

It is a little excessive.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Finally watched JLU 5x9 and 5x10. I agree that 5x9 was totally fanservice but still a lot of fun. And the animation was awesome. Plus, it was Joss-verse-tastic with Morena, Gina, Amy Acker and Juliet Landau. Morena surprised me as her brain-washed BC was actually pretty scary sounding.

5x10 Not knowing anything about the Legion of Superheros this was kind of a "meh" episode for me and as soon as they said "One of them didn't return" and started talking about how mature Kara was and out of place she must feel not being around high tech I knew she would choose to stay. I agree the romance was pretty sloppily handled.

I'm kind of disappointed that 5x11 looks like it's going to be another Hawkman episode. With only three left in the series ever, I was hoping for more core 7 stuff.

I had high hopes for Wulin Warriors (the kung-fu puppet series on CN), but my God, what a shitty dub. They took something cool and made it unwatchable.

Yeah, I've noticed that CN doesn't really take dub quality into account when they decide what to show (or possibly in some cases they hire lousy VAs, I don't know.) I remember the Rurouni Kenshin dub as being particularly atrocious.

Note to dubbing companies: if you're going to dub an anime set in Japan, make sure your VAs can say Japanese names without stumbling over them hopelessly every time. Actual acting ability is helpful, too. Thanks.

So, the JLU season that you guys are watching. . . somehow . . . is it the one that is starting up on Feb 11th on Toon?

Yes.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Let me guess, Toon is a digital channel, and Cartoon Network(which I do get) has no apparent plans to show the rest of the season. sigh...

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Pretty sure it's just plain old Cartoon Network, unless CN's website is incorrect.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

Well, that is the point, the new costume was designed by Tony Stark.
