I was overly fond of Kon trash-talking SB-Prime. ("Dude, *you* need *help.*")

Is the Marvel offering an X-Men/Runaways XOver or is there a free X-Men and a free Runaways?
(Well, there was an X-Men/Runaways/Spiderman X-Over in the most recent Runaways that I read which was not the most recent but the one before it.)
So, JLU 3x5 is kind of fun.
3x6 has a couple good moments, but is very uneven and feels very clunky and the good moments are mostly separate from the actual plot.
I expect Morrison to be odd. I don't expect him to make me cry because there's a sad doggie. Let's not even talk about the bunny rabbit.
I don't check this often enough. Yeah, I loved that series. Broke my heart.
So I'm guessing no one else ahemed the new Justice League Unlimiteds?
Not yet. Maybe this weekend.

I agree with you completely. I especially liked the Trickster, who was played by Mark Hamill, who played the same role in the Live action Flash series. This felt more like an episode of The Tick, though.
I'm watching 3x07 and 3x08 now.
OK, 3x07 was anvilly, but it had Speedy!
And 3x08 has Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor !!!
And if the end credits of 3x08 are to be believed, 3x09 will feature the Legion of Superheroes and the Fatal Five. Cool!
I liked 05 and 07 quite a bit. It was fun to see
all the Rogues
in 05. According to IMDb,
Alexis Denisof played Mirror Master,
and as Tom noted,
the Trickster even looks like Mark Hamill.
OTOH, they got
Orion
totally wrong. I thought 06 was clunky, too. The story line is also
way too similar to this season's Teen Titans arc.
07 had so many
Jack Kirby
shout outs, what with the
super soldier serum and Captain America Nazi, the Newsboy Legion, and the frelling Hulk in his original gray. Even Green Arrow and Speedy were Kirby creations. The heroes present (GA, Speedy, Crimson Avenger, Vigilante, and Shining Knight) were five of the original Seven Soldiers of Victory, plus Stargirl, who is the step daughter of Stripesy, another member.
Plus, there was even possibly an oblique reference to
The Music Man with the Madison High School band (although the River City high school was about the only thing in town that wasn't named after old miser Madison.
Coming into this late -- what series are we talking about and where can I find it?
