"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I just received the Serenity RPG as a birthday present this week. It looks fun. Though having instructions and background material all written in 26th century cornpone dialect with occasional incomprehensible Chinese swearing isn't nearly as endearing if you're not hearing skilled actors say it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

This month's Teen Titans was even worse than the one before it. It's like the writing came down to the level of the art, and the art felt threatened and got worse to compensate.

Ha.

Warren Ellis just opened a post in scans_daily with "Some of you might know my name."

Smoove.

Going for the threepeat: Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter don't have logos, do they?

The Manhunter's is that little red circle divided into 8 pie slices that he wears on his belt.

Okay, never finding a T-shirt with that. I'm thinking my JLA tees will be Bats/WW/Supes/Flfash, and maybe GL (I haven't found a baby T with the GL logo yet).

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Aquaman has a stylized "A" on his belt buckle, no?

eta: Yup. [link]

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

That would rock on a pair of panties.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

That would rock on a pair of panties.

However, that would make me think more along the lines of Hesther Prynne than Aquaman.
