Comics continuity makes my head explode.
There's always how Jilli and I deal with it: "Hand-wavy hand-wavy Hypertime."
It makes the pain go away.

The problem seems to me that they try to fit stuff from days past into current continuity, when sometimes they should just let it go. That, and the seeming need to do all the resets in current continuity as well.
I get the need to reset, because the core heroes can't get much older. Shoehorning the past in -- I suppose if they could do it neatly, it'd give a great sense of satisfaction. I suppose.
(Did you get Deadshot #5, BTW?)
Not yet. Hopefully I'll get up there soon.

Yeah...that's always the interesting bit about comics, isn't it? The heroes can never really die, but you want the storylines to move on.

Would you like a ::cough::non-paper::cough:: version of it?
If one were looking for ::cough::non-paper::cough:: versions of things, where would one look these days?
Since I have a Mac, I peruse Limewire and pray.
t edit Though I seem to have acquired a hell of a lot of cbrs (though almost all are back issues of the Batverse, w/some Transmetropolitan), and I would not be averse to putting them on yousendit.com.

I think by reset I mean more along the lines of trying to deal with the whole Earth 2, etc. in the current continuity, or, probably more to the point, deciding that though killing Jean Grey was really cool, we want/need the character back and we're going to try and justify it plot-wise.

Well, for "older" include dead -- it's safer (sadly, I think) to bring back an old favourite than create a new one. So the mainstays can't change that much -- age, die, marry happily, that soft of stuff.

Yes, that'd be great. Thanks.
