Jeff, I'm really amused at how many people I know had the same
DEADMAN!!!
reaction, complete with asscaps and !!!
Oh, and because I'm lazy, what all happens between Down to Earth and Stoned in Wonder Woman land? (I picked up the Down to Earth trade, because I'd read half of it in individual issues a while back, and picked up the Stoned storyline plus the most recent issues because I'm adding the title, now that I've dropped Robin.)
If I got an answer earlier, I missed it -- how is Wonder Woman
getting around blind? Is she still heroing?
She borrowed
Krypto
from
Superman.
(Note: Actually have no clue, but it's the first thing that popped into my head after the discussion in Boxed Set.)
ita, she appears to be
using her other senses, and yep, she's still heroing.
She was
heroing in the latest Adventures of Superman -
but I wish that she had borrowed
Krypto. Particularly since Not!Krypto appears to be a Golden Retriever.
My favorite TFC today:
He's a superhumanly strong albino firefighter looking for 'the Big One.' She's a chain-smoking Buddhist Valkyrie on her way to prison for a murder she didn't commit. They fight crime!
Jeff, who is
DEADMAN
and why is
he
important?
Whilst picking up Wonderfalls at Target last night, Emmett and I lingered in the toy aisle and he convinced me to get him the Teen Titans animated Robin costume. And he also got toys of Cyborg and his car.
After looking through all the TT figures though he had this commentary, "That is so cheap! They don't have Raven. They have Aqualad and they have the Puppetmaster but they don't even have Raven! Raven is the coolest one."
Which is true. No Raven. Lots of villains and recurring characters, but no Raven. There was a big Starfire figure, however.
The same issue came up with the Incredibles pez figures - no Violet. Emmett objects to the sexism of the action figure industry.
Isn't there at least one Raven in the teeny tiny Teen Titans toys?
Isn't there at least one Raven in the teeny tiny Teen Titans toys?
Yeah, I think so. In the little plastic non-articulated figures.
