I know that Ollie is a pussy hound and used to be an item with Dinah, Ray was his "ward" who picked up the same attitude toward women and was a junkie and who loves Nightwing most of all and has a kid though I have no idea where she came from, Connor is is biological son, and Mia is....something and is HIV-positive.

Really, because it's such a current continuity heavy title, I'd go back to the beginning of the reboot (Green Arrow: Quiver, by Kevin Smith), and read all the trades that you can.
