You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

It's not like he hasn't been a villain before.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

And dead. And raised from the dead by aliens.

To find a character that hasn't had twists like those in comics, you have to look for one that's just been invented 5 minutes ago.

Raised from the dead by aliens is good...

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

The creator of the Flash died yesterday.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

This is so messed up.

The creator of the Flash died yesterday.

Glad they clarified that as co-creator in the article. I was thinking "GARDNER FOX WAS STILL ALIVE IN 2004?!?"

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

This is so messed up.

I had that comic. In fact, any comic that was selling for twenty cents - I probably had it.

So did I. The question now is do I still have it.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

For lack of a better place to post this, I was surprised to discover Julie Benz voices a fairly prominent secondary character in Halo 2. (Miranda Keyes, CO of the ship In Amber Clad.) Even knowing it was her, it took me a bit to recognize her voice. I'm too used to her delivery as Darla, I guess.

(Other voices of note are Ron Perlman, Keith David, Michelle Rodriquez, Laura Prepon and Orlando Jones, though the latter three just voice random marines.)

Art Crawl!!!

I read Hush at Borders today. What a mess that story is! And is Two-Face still a good guy? (I'm trying to remember if he was at all involved in War Games.)
