I thought the whole point of the bullet-deflecting bracelets thing was that if she weren't able to do that, the bullets might actually HURT her ?

Also, are Hawk and Dove real DCU characters? And why?
Yes, and God only knows. They were created by Steve Ditko around the same time he created the Creeper (i.e. the late sixties). They were supposed to be some sort of reflection on the Vietnam era, but I always thought they were terribly lame.
I was wondering what the heck their powers were exactly. I get that Hawk/Hank is stronger than Dove/Don? but they both seem to be really strong and have Flash-like speed or something. So is ithe only difference between them just that Dove is a "bleeding liberal" (or whatever the line was yesterday) and Hawk is NSM? And are they human? How did they get their powers?
For a second I was waiting for them to touch rings and activate their wonder-twin powers.
Also funny from JLU was that hammering dude pointing out the WW's armor wasn't meant to me so tight-fitting.
I expect hammer dude was Hephaistos/Vulcan.
Yes he was.
I really enjoyed Robin this week. I start to see more of what Steph sees in Tim.
Gotham Knight's art bothered me -- loved the musculature, hated the faces. And I didn't like how Batgirl was written -- too wordy. Her grumpiness with Babs was much better conveyed in her own title.
Apparently Astounishing #4 is so shocking that they cannot even reveal the cover.
Sumi, I know who it is. The news broke on the various spoiler sites yesterday.
Who is it? It is Colossus .

Steph as in me, or Steph as in Spoiler?
Loves me some Timmay.
I thought that this month's Robin was very strong too. (I just naturally assumed that ita meant you,Teppy.)
I've been told that the Buffy RPG will have adventures and stories based on missing episodes and "Lost Seasons"
More information will follow as I find it.
