Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

Art Crawl!!!

And neuroses to foster.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Right with you Matt, on both comments, but especially the second. As for what he did to GL, I'd like to see him try that crap on Hal Jordan.

Steph, I agree with the big target sign you propose, although I hadn't considered the timing. I figure that Steph (other one, you know) and Dad will buy it, so Spoiler can bite it in War Games, and Mr. Drake is much better suited for an IC death. After all, we have obstacles to remove.

It looks like very much of the Batfamily is going to be completely nuts by the end of "War Games"/IC. Nightwing is already decompensating, poor baby (and Sumi, I totally agree -- it drives me insane how damned many Spanish terms of endearment Tarantula uses), I get this feeling that Babs is going to be traumatized by the end of this BoP arc, and if Steph AND Mr. Drake both buy it, Timmay is going to lose his shit totally.

I hope it happens.

Damn Joss Whedon for making me like the stories that bring the pain!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm such an uncritical reader. That whole fight just made me think Deathstroke is soooo coooooool.

Art Crawl!!!

Where does IC happen in relation to GL?

I mean -- he must be, you know, here rather than somewhere out in space -- therefore weakened because of his messy personal life?

Heh. I thought the same thing, -t!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't remember him being that cool in his previous appearances, so I was critical. Also the use of the superlative always makes me suspicious, especially if I don't find the character sexy.

I suspect that, as pretty as Dick is when he's angsting, Timmay will be prettier. It's Wesley Syndrome. (Also applies to John Crichton. But I digress.)

I have a plan.

I just read Batman 'Hush' the other day and I was wondering if anybody else has too. I liked it quite a bit.

I was wondering though, if anybody else who read it thinks that his childhood friend, Tommy is the masked figure behind the setting up of Batman at every turn. I thought it could have been Two-Face but I didn't see the duality in any of his schemes.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Thomash, your question is addressed in detail in the most recent arc of Gotham Knights. And I'm not saying anything more, because pimping is much more fun.
