What are the chances, if any, that Buffy/Angel would ever make the Rubicon float over to the silver screen? Just a thought.

And if there ever were to be a Buffy: The Movie, what kind of activity do you all think would take place that can't make it on network tv? More gory fight scenes could be a possibility, more visceral shots of vamps feeding, I guess.

And of course I'm not counting the Kristy Swanson movie in my thinking here.

Honestly, between Warren's flaying, the Gnarl's dietary habits, and this week's vampire intestine sculpture, I'm not sure they could up the gore/violence quotient within the context of an R rated movie. Any extra latitude would probably be in the way of profane language and nudity.

We could actually hear Spike say "Well you can bleep bleep the bleep bleep, you bleep bleep."

Oh, and by the way, I saw a terrible, terrible, terrible vamp movie last night. Vampires: Los Muertos. Jon Bon Jovi plays the "lead" vamp hunter. This is a baaaaaaaaaaad, baaaaaaaaad, baaaaaaaad movie.

Oy, that was horrible. I regret that I was in the room where that was playing.

I MSTK'ed the hell out of it, though.

But very very funny. They could have increased their return if Jon had a nude scene or two (within the context of the script, of course). It's not like it's beneath him to do one.

Just read Fray #7. I love Urkonn. I can't explain why. He's just so cool -- he's the Shaft of the demon world!

I am praying that we see (S7 speculation) Buffy either find or build the red axe. If that happens, I may pass out.

My first thing I want to talk about is how waiting a week sucks. Maybe we should just change the rules so we are like the show threads, discuss when it comes out when people want to talk about it, and jump in as people get their comics...

New Buffy comic came out today that didn't completely suck. Mildly surprised at that.

I don't know, for being a year in the making Fray #7 struck me as a whole lotta standing around and not doing much.

The giant monster-as-demon-womb struck me as pretty weird. If portals and Hellmouths and such can't be opened anymore, how did it get here in the first place? And if they can, wouldn't that be a more effective way of bringing the demons back?
