1. Joker Last Laugh. It didn't stick. Someone was there to revive Joker.
I think the Joker has "died" more times (going back to his very first appearence in the 30/40s) than John Crichton and Darla combined, even if you aren't counting AUs.

It?s like fans get really, really upset when a character gets killed, and I?m like, have you ever read a comic before? Your survival rate, if you die in a comic, is like 99.9 percent!
Moreso in Marvel than in DC, or at least that used to be the case.

Didn't they eventually do a story where James Hudson did return, in EXACTLY the same manner as the extremely cheesy ruse Delphine Courtney used to get back at Heather?
