Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Robin question: Who is Cassie, now? I'm so easily confused.

Didn't like the Astounishing art so much this week. Emma looked off. I'm made very sad by Beast's question at the end -- I'm glad I'm not a huge fan, because this way I may be able to resist the imminent woobiness. Between this and Dark Beast and him being dead in Ultimate, it's been a hard (multi)life.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

ita, she's the new Batgirl (though sometimes I forget that, too).

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I haven't seen Robin yet, but I'd assume it's Cassie-Wonder Girl-Cassie. Unless it's not, in which case I have no clue, unless it's Cass, but she's not a Cassie.

Art Crawl!!!

So both new Batgirl AND new Wonder Girl are called Cassie?

Sumi: new Batgirl is normally called Cass or Cassandra. New Wonder Girl is Cassie.

I'm with Sumi -- that's confusing. Contextually, I think Steph is right (costume). I refuse to expand my reading to accomodate that. A girl needs limits.

Another Robinish question -- is Batman always like that? He seemed ungrim. Sassing Steph.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Batgirl is Cass. Wonder Girl is Cassie.

ita, on your Batman question -- I had the same reaction.

Batgirl is Cass. Wonder Girl is Cassie.

Robin must have missed the memo, then, because he addresses Batgirl as "Cassie" in this issue.

I'm 97% sure that he called her Cassie, but she was wearing a Bat-costume.

Steph -- he was funny!
