Well, if we followed the recipe...should be cake. A demon-violence-free-zone cake.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

they never covered how they recovered in the comic. Is there some side-issue or issue from a different series I missed?

I don't remember Colossus off the top of my head, but Kitty was cured by Dr. Doom and Reed Richards working in a somewhat antagonistic tandem. There was a FF/X miniseries, with lots of Franklin Richards goodness.

eta:

I just keep flashing to that episode of the Tick where Janet meets the guy when her costume's at the cleaners.

Hee.

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

Plei, WW's (few) dates have been normal, with the sole exception of early in the Perez reboot in the late 80s Hermes was following her around with a lovesick expression...

I'm thinking less dates, more long-term relationships, and if there was any male version of Sue, even a pale version. Then I realized that in almost all the post-Crisis stuff I've read, Troia's the only one who almost managed it (I can't believe I spaced on her, but you know, in my head, she was in the refrigerator with the rest of the dead chicks). Whereas, with the boys, I can think of plenty of civilian mates.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Obviously they just need to put Amy Rorbach in a costume. It'd give the 'haven another hero without pesky Tarantula issues, and her marriage gives me a Wash'n'Zoe-level happy.

Aww, but I love her so much as a cop! She's second only to Renee in my affection. Hmm. More and more, I'm thinking that Huntress and Parking Boy need to pair up. And I'm giggling like a loon at the thought.

Love love love Renee. As for Huntress and Parking-Lot Boy, maybe those crazy kids will surprise us and make it work! If only because then Dick and Roy could both be jealous. And console each other.

See, I don't see them so much as jealous as *completely* confused. "You're dating *WHO*?!?" "He does *WHAT*?!?

That works too. As long as they get to console each other. I am very insistent on that part.

Well, of course.

Or, you know, fall giggling helplessly into each other's arms and take it from there.
