Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

D'ya have the Robin + Impulse title? Meet cute on snow? Is that in RY?

No, it's not in RY. And now I must have it!

In Teen Titans, isn't Bart asserting that he should be called Kid Flash now, not Impulse?

Yes, he recently decided he wanted to be taken more seriously. However, the Impulse: Reckless Youth TPB is from '94. Bart had his own Impulse title, and went by Impulse in Young Justice. (Or, as Superboy liked to call him, "Imp.")

Hee!

I'll look up the issue number when I get home.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Plei, do you actually want to know the answer to the question you posed in spoilerfont? Because I went comics shopping at lunch.

Nah, I'll see it when I get home.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today was a bit of an emotional comics day. Enough so that by the time I got to reading the latest "This is who the X Men are today" comic, Kitty Pryde's entry almost made me misty. "She's too young to fight crime!"

Yeah.

Still, Nightwing and Ultimate X-Men both went places.

Bwahahahahaha!!!

It will. I know.

I'm trying HARD not to cave.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm trying HARD not to cave.

And I'm trying hard to taunt you until the moment you get to read. Like the fact that I read it. Neener .

Miracleman - May 12, 2004 1:03:20 pm PDT #2714 of 10000
No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Okay, so read "1602" last night.

Loved it. Until the end.

Then I was all "Whuh? With...buh...Whuh?"

Anybody else?

ARGH.

And I've seen at least two people saying how good it was.

3-4 hours. I can do it. I can do it. I can do it.

I'll just, umm... re-read Robin: Year One. And gnaw on my lip. Hard. Meep.

The obsession is worse than I thought. I *resent* that this is AtS night as well, because I'm not going to want to focus on anything but this, no matter what happens.
