Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't even believe summer Fridays exist.

STILL no word on belt test. One email from the instructor who's supposed to be announcing it, but it was a mass email, unrelated. And one hangup call.

I actually wish I were at work, because then I'd have easy distraction.

Instead, let me go watch some more Life on Mars.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jess they totally owe you those hours as either comp time or OT. I say leave early today to use some of those up

Ha! Fridays are especially rough, since my boss works from home most Fridays, and today her boss isn't in, either.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

My 10-4s was the best schedule evah. Gave me two extra hours each day that nobody else was in to hassle me, and then suddenly, three day weekends. Every single week.

Okay, admittedly now I totally set my own schedule, which is probably better. But given that I am not tops at time management, not necessarily.

Wait, who is #3 now

Liese, we are...we always have been that's the funniest part!

Dude! I'm saying.... even they know that they owe you the hours and can't face you on Fridays from the guilt

Bwah! Way to aim high, team! Hehehe.

Although in your industry, I could see how tackling the top two might appear pretty formidable.

Catching up, from way back:

Now I'm earwormed with Shock the Monkey, again. It took most of the month of January to get it out of my head.

Cindy, not just you. And now every time it comes up in my workout mix, I think of you (fondly, of course).

Hee! Instead, I am going to be not very productive for the next two hours, and then take off.

Equally good plan! One I'm following today as a matter of fact. Soon, lunch then more internet. I'm so over work today!

Way to aim high, team!

I know! It's corporate delusion at its best! Still makes me laugh and laugh!

Edited for errant '
