Swouncing

Puts my situation right into perspective, seriously.

Theo, you're great, to be able to write this sentence in the middle of all of your mess, you know? (Oh, and it's not made smaller by other people's bags being bigger, too.)

I hope for good things for you - pretty much what Jon just said.

(Oh, and Jon, I'm glad things turned out OK for you, too.)

Oh, and Noah and Grace and Kat and lori - wow. Everybody else had posted anything I wanted to post, with all the "ouch" and the "congratulations" and the vibes and all, but still. Wow. New babies.

I'm so sorry, Theo.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hey, at least SA got into her masters program, which congrats shouldn't be shorted for, either. So it isn't a completely sucktastic week.

Of course, it's only Wednesday

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Theo, I hope this leads to some relaxing (even if unexpected) time off and bigger and better things for you.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sorry, Theo. That sucks.

Wow. New babies.

And no data entry!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I swear to god, I'm going to break the refresh button.

For the love of everything, be boring and ridiculously above average in health, Noah and Grace.

Sarameg said what I wanted to.

Allyson (and Kat and Lori later) please let me know if there is anything I can do, even though I'm too far away to do much

So did Nilly and Jon. I hope you find something wonderful, soon, Theodosia.

Trust my rage

I think I have only talked with Kat or lori maybe once or twice, but I'm sure sending all the strong, healthy vibes I can out west. I hope Kat heals quickly and Noah and Grace thrive. I read they are breathing on their own? That is great news for babies so tiny. As Cindy said, giving birth to one full term baby is a life changing and stressing event.

If there is anything we can do, even from afar, please let me know.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Um, so. Good things about today... I did not wake up to more cat poo! I finally got ahold of someone at the Illinois Department of Revenue who confirmed that I must file a paper return. I have all my remaining tax forms filled out and printed courtesy of the work printer, and all I have to do is attach some stuff, sign and mail them, and all of my taxes will be done.

I even have stamps and envelopes at home. And I'll be getting money back. Could be worse.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

things making me crazy:
1.5 days late on a project
people I need to complete the project, possibly gone home for the day
being told I need more checks for my team's work (duh!)
being asked to trouble-shott by my team because they won't use the existing checks
early babies

Ok things:
I have reached a zen like outward appearance to my annoyances
Friends
Parentals coming to town in 3 days
have decided on ice cream for lunch

sarameg - Mar 28, 2007 6:41:38 am PDT #9258 of 10001

I think ice cream is a proper response today. Unless you are me, of course. Best idea I can come up with at the moment is to go home and eat cashew butter with a spoon.

That's not happening.

I should be working a little harder on the stuff that was making me crazy the past 2 days.
