Do you get the 0% offers for balance transfers? They are limited time, but you can string them out.
I do, but since I'm looking at possibly buying a house in the next 9-12 months, I don't want to screw with my credit score by opening too many credit cards.
She said that as the new bankruptcy bill was being passed, credit card companies were increasing mailing to moderate income people.
The number of offers I get from Capital One alone is enough to overflow a landfill.
Posting from my Palm at work. No work yet. But I have ID.
Let me not speak of family. Just...no.
I read Joan Jett was gay and doing Carmen Electra. That's all the gay I got.
Yay work!
Well, ita's work. Both a job AND a refuge today.
Steph - you get a new 0% card, transfer balance upon getting it (I just got one where the 0 rate was only for transfers and I did the app and transfer all on the phone - 10 minutes tops), then cancel the high rate card. No increase to debt load.
Also, when buying, if you are worried about the amount of total debt you have available, I had several of my cards lower my limit before I did the mortgage pre-approval.

Chatty!co-worker shared that bit of info with me not 15 minutes ago.
ita, is your new job in my office??? (That's one hell of a commute.)
I thought Joan was on the omnisexual side of things, much like Prince. I did know that Carmen had a huge crush on Joan, and spoke about how she got all fluttery and nervous when they were filming the video for "A.C.D.C".
Either way, Joan is the HOTT.

Huh. I thought it was better to be using a smaller percentage of your available credit. Why must conceptual money be so complicated?

I have heard that as well, but I have no idea if it is actually true.
