Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yay Kathy!

And that student sounds exactly like a student I had last semester! Holy crap!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Go Kathy! That's really terrific!

At first, I wondered if the student's first language was not english, but there are too many idioms in there.

Good for you Kathy!

I see Iran has captured 15 British navy personal. Those crazy Iranians, I wonder how they'll piss off a good part of the world next. I sure hope those 15 men get back okay though. I suspect they will.

A bummer last night, I had received my copy of Midtown Madness 2 (a urban racing game) and was all ready to put it on the kid's computer only to discover that it had come pre-scratched. I guess it's RMA time. I hope this won't be like my 3 month long Seagate return. I was looking forward to watching the kids terrorized the streets of San Francisco and London.

Our wings are not tired.

Now, if I could get the saggy upper arms to not sag...

Well done, Kathy. For the arms, my fitness people say boxing is the best thing.

Yay Kathy!

My co-workers need to learn to give me a few minutes first thing in the morning before slamming me with multiple tasks & requests for stuff. I sent the wrong document out to my supervisor just now, looking like a loon in the process.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Way to go, Kathy!

Now that I have finished recording every episode of Star Trek:DS9 (minus a few I don't care about and minus one I do but hopefully will catch later), I'm wanting to start recording another Sci-Fi type TV show. Any good suggestions? Cheesy is okay as long as it's entertaining cheesy. This is workout TV I'm collecting, so I don't need to absolute best TV made.

I already have all of Firefly, Farscape (mostly unwatched yet), and new Dr. Who (some unwatched yet).

Kathy, that is FANTASTIC!!! I really admire you SO much for what you've done, and for your dedication!! That IS absolutely the best birthday present you could give yourself.

And -- is today your actual birthday?

Yeah, it is. I like having it on a Friday--too bad that can't happen every year!
