Congratulations to the class of 1999. You all proved more or less adequate.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

On the anti-yay side, I got a spinach roll from the place where I get awesome pizza, and it was Not Awesome. It was OK, but that's it. Ah well.

That link sent me to an Epicurious page with a title for a recipe, but I couldn't actualy see a recipe. It seemed to be blank. If that's what the page always is, that would indeed prompt experimentation.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Got back from the workout in time to watch the Colbert Report repeat--yep, just as funny the second time around!

Did 35 minutes on the treadmill, for 1.11 miles, although I leaned on the bars more than I should have (my fingers were going numb before I shook them out). I had that slight sense of vertigo when I got off, like I did when I first started working out. Friday night's workout will be 37 minutes (I hope!).
