Well, the laptop is yours.

The car is mine.

Clearly I am Dean.

Also you are asleep. I win!

Yep.

Fading but only a little. Hi, lib!

Hi Cass! I saw your post earlier about being at Multnomah Falls with Lee, and it brought back great memories.

Oh I was telling Lee about when you and I were there!

The falls are fierce right now. Mesmerizing. But we left the bridge after a few minutes because it was rather cold and the wind had us all misted from the spray.

Multnomah Falls is just the prettiest place.

It really is. I've been to lots of gorgeous places, but that is certainly very, very high on the list.

Normally, it's pretty out my window, but there's so much snow that you can't see much. My poor, bored kitties. Being bored is making them super affectionate, though.

Like my segue?

It was intriguing in that it actually logically moved the conversation from once place to another. Are we doing that here now? It's usually all about the nonlinear and jump cuts. Edgy filmmaking posting.

Dropped Kittenish at the cattery today and Puppycat is home alone. She already ate my orchid so it will be interesting to see what else she gnaws before I get home.

See? No segue. I talk about the board, avant garde films, cats and travel - all smished together.

Except for the paragraph breaks which are kinda random too. But frequent because I wrote for newspapers.

Clever.

I don't usually watch America's Funniest Home Videos, because I usually find it more depressing than funny, but tonight I was flipping by and saw the funniest video of a dog that had been left home alone. Closeup of the dog's face, as the dog is chewing something, although we can't see what. Slow widen and pan to see the utterly destroyed living room. Truly a sight to behold.

I know, this actually relates to something you mentioned, but I'm learning.

Oh, I am no role model. That segue thing was cool. I think if the kids see it, it could very catch on. Soon there will be conversations that flow. Logically. In an easy-to-understand how point A led to point B and calls back to point P.

Me? I just lose the linear and can rarely find it again.

Sleep now. Great to post with you, lib. Enjoy (?) the snow. I know you had been low for a while.

Sleep sounds good. I'm doing okay, and it looks like we might even break a record with the snow. Plus, I'm heading to CA in less than a month, so it's all good.

By the way, late April would be a great time to visit the Bay Area, or the central coast just a little earlier. IJS.

Sleep well.

I just love my short, short paragraphs.
