Can't drink, smoke, diddle my willy. Doesn't leave much to do other than watch you blokes stumble around playing Agatha Christie.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just got into JFK at about 7 this morning. After a 12-hour flight from Tel Aviv. Snowing here. Actually, it was also snowing in Israel. But not in Tel Aviv. (Nilly was saying that it was unfair that I was in Israel a week and got to see Israeli snow, and she's lived there her entire life and has never seen it.)

Now tagless for your comfort.

My flight's not until 6:50 but if nothing's flying in, there's no getting around it. I'm probably just going to have to cancel my trip. This just sucks.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That totally sucks, Cash.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oooooh! Due to the Snowpocalypse, work is closing early... like in another 12 minutes or so.

Even though I have to get home through the snowstorm, I still feel like I WIN.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Even though I have to get home through the snowstorm, I still feel like I WIN.

The visibility is for crap, but none of the pedestrians I'm watching in Government Center seem too fazed by it. I think it's more blow than snow (no drug puns intended).

OK, late Friday is not the best time to discover something seriously hinky going on in the database.

Especially since it looked at first that the culprit was my software. I think I've peeled myself off the ceiling.

Our wings are not tired.

Tom's picture of sleet, lovely. As were the other photos I scrolled through while I was there. You have such a talent.

Cashmere's travel being screwed by sleet sucks. I'm so sorry.

R2D2 mailboxes! That rocks.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cash! Oh, man, that is awful. I hope something works out for you. Weather. Hmmph.

Back from this morning's nerve block. The block was preceded by a meltdown which was preceded by a migraine. Now I just feel vague and dazed, and am not quite sure how I'm getting back the keys I left in the cab on the ride to the hospital.

And I've only now remembered to eat.

Breakfast, lovely breakfast.

Oh dear, ita, that sounds like kind of an ordeal. I hope the nerve block helps.

I can't believe how full I still am from lunch.
