When I'm in shape for it, I really really love running hills, because of the downhill swoop which is like flying. Even if you have to pay for it with the uphill grind.
The one piece of published fiction I have (in a local anthology sponsored by the city Arts Council) is about running in the hills. So I guess it's not really fiction... *g*
Alas, no millions. But replied to, though I imaging JZ will never speak to me again. Sigh.
Pffffffft. I can't imagine JZ would do that, or that you'd do something to provoke her.
I'm very provoking. Also, not quite awake yet. I really dislike being sick.
I'm kind of peeved about the whole DST things because it is fucking glorious outside and I feel cheated of part of the day.
Well, because of DST, I got up earlier today and got to enjoy more of the weather. ION, I am having AK king crab legs for lunch....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TOMMYROT!
Dana, I've been on Zyrtec, Claritin, etc., and my allergist says that it's fine to take a Benedryl if you have a reaction like that. Apparently the two work in different ways (preventative vs. reactive? can't remember), so it might be worth trying.
and I do have to say...Xerxes? Total go'a'uld. Total.
Oh, my god, totally. More specifically, he
was Apophis! Only taller. I think I squeaked when I first got a good look at him
.
I'm a fan of the later light at night.
The Fifth Element is on TNT. I have a pretty serious love for this movie, and I've never really understood why. But there it is.

Happy Birthday, tommyrot!!
Since I can't go outside for another week, the whole DST thing is sadly academic to me, except I slept late and my pain outran my medications, so, ow. I am waiting for the Darvocet to kick in, which I devoutly hope will be any second now. I do have an icepak on my belly, a cute puppy sitting by my chair, and a lovely DH waiting on me hand and foot, so things are looking up.
