I look more rad than Lutheranism

Yay for Scrappy being home!

Yay for ita being employed under such good circumstances!

Yay for Kathy just KICKING ALL ASS on the treadmill!

I am very pale, but with an overlay of pink, so I don't come off as pale as I am. And I tend to make sure my foundation/powder has absolutely no pink in it, because I don't need to be pinker. Absolutely neutral or even just the merest hint of yellow works well.

mac: batman-robin, robin different. teen titan robin hair bigger.

Hee!!!! I loves me some mac!

Thanks, Cindy. It'd be further along if I hadn't had some offline DRAMA lately.

And I've peeked over there and posted just a quick note.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Congrats ita!

Yay Kathy!

I need to brave Toys R Us this weekend to get a belated birthday present for my friend's little boy who turned 1 a few weeks ago. Granted, it'll be a few more weeks before I get it to him, but I'd like to get this out of the way.

What is even happening?

Offline drama? Oh, I'm sorry, Monique. It's never nearly as mockable as online drama, and there's no handy button to click and power it down.

I am very pale, but with an overlay of pink, so I don't come off as pale as I am. And I tend to make sure my foundation/powder has absolutely no pink in it, because I don't need to be pinker. Absolutely neutral or even just the merest hint of yellow works well.

Me, too, actually. Actually, I think of mine as an underlay of pink. I'm sort of translucent. And I don't have rosacea, but I nearly do. I find something with a green cast mellows out the pink, nicely.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I visited a friend and her three month old yesterday. I'm totally not a baby expert, but I couldn't help comparing her to the other baby I played with this week.

Wiry little thing! All wriggle and no fat. Her mother is even cuter, though. Ferreted through tens of pictures just to find me the ones where M was making and extending perfectly formed fists. And regaled me with tales of her daughter's perfect averageness at all the developmental milestones except the physical ones. Kid's been doing abwork in her crib since she was a month old.

I love parents. They're so cute. And I could never do all that.

Off to teach, then to study, then to celebrate an engagement, and then to watch a flick with sweaty guys not wearing much clothes. Take that as you will.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Man, it's just incredibly nice to come in here and see people posting good news.

Go Kathy with not just beating, but trouncing your treadmill goal!

Yay Robin with being home again, the uterus of pain forever banished!

And hooray ita for the new job with the rocking benefits and lesser commute, and also for the fist-making baby and the sweaty men flick!

hip deep in pie

It's 2pm, and while I've done some stuff around the house, and I stuck in the house, and I need to get some errands done. I need someone to come push me out of the house!

See? I told you. Every single Buffista is getting sick at exactly the same time.

I refuse to get sick. It's just not happening.

Yay to ita for her job and Scrappy for coming through her surgery and Kathy for the progress.

I'm getting to the point where I need to get organized with my my packing. What I really need is msbelle here being all bossy and telling me what needs to get done before I move.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What I really need is msbelle here being all bossy and telling me what needs to get done before I move.

Do you know what you're getting yourself into? I'm not sure I'd say that where she can hear you....

I have bread in the oven and soup on the stove. I don't think I'm actually sick, but I can't quite tell, given the lame nature of my day thus far.

Am I the last person in the fandom to find out Joss is off of the Wonder Woman project? [link]

Second to last, apparently.

Today I plan nothing but fun errands, maybe a movie, and perhaps a load or two of laundry. Which movie, that's my big question of the day.

I have a short list of things needing done this weekend. Which is nice, but they won't get done unless I actually leave the house.

So. Yeah, after I finish making lunch. The problem with staying up late and then getting up early and then going back to bed is that I someitmes sleep too late and end up having freaky realish dreams and then I have to sit grumpily on the couch to sort it all out. Then I have to read the paper. And then some random unnecessary futzing. And then I FINALLY get around to showering and dressing and suddenly it's 1:30. I did not mean for that to happen.
