Oh, Ginger, I meant to say -- best thoughts toward your mother. My grandmother has congestive heart failure, has for years, so I know how scary the words sound.

Yay for Robin being home! Sorry about the Vicodin side effect, though -- that's a big bummer. And you can be weak for now, with DVDs and blankets and books and someone to bring you tea. You'll get your strength back soon enough.
Yay ita!
And mac is OMG too cute. Allyson totally wins, too. I'm NEVER going to Sara where she works, because she'd want a moon rover, too, I know it.
In mememe news, I did a 28-minute mile tonight!
Kathy, go you!
I AM NOT ALONE!!!!
I'm absurdly curious about these things. Hell, I've done water displacement experiments for various body parts.
You're not alone, but I would have weighed myself to see how much weight I "lost". Sick, no?
Go ita! I gather the range of locations is good news. How close is this in miles and time?
Kathy, very nice.
That's faster than your goal, isn't it, Kathy? Way to go!
Yep, two minutes faster and two weeks earlier than my goal (a 30-minute mile by the 23rd). I did take a small unanticipated break 16 minutes into the workout when the treadmill crapped out on me, but luckily, someone was getting off of another one just as I was telling the person behind the counter about the broken machine. They have someone coming in this weekend to fix all the broken treadmills (they're now up to three unusable ones). She was complaining about how all the machines are too old and decrepit, and I told her that at least they are about 10 years newer than the two we have at my company's workout room. Which is why I don't use the free ones there instead.
Congrats, ita!
Nice job, Kathy!
Are you feeling any better tonight, Tom?
