I am home, and am no worse for wear. Really, it's not that bad in the southern part of the city... it's a little bit slushy. I think the big worry is that there's a forecasted 4 to 8 possible inches, and it'll get really cold tonight, so ice galore. Just above C-bus, snows a-plenty.

I'm watching videos at the WKC website and I think I've decided that borzois are just oddlooking dogs.

I love those! They look like a cross between an afghan and a greyhound.

I think my favorite sighthound is the Deerhound. But I watched the wolfhound judging and picked the winner so -- go me.

Remember the lady with the trash car that was mentioned here yesterday? It turns out that she has two other trash-filled cars and a houseful of trash (so much that the front door won't close, seriously).

I wanted a deerhound or a wolfhound for a long time. However, given the size of our house we had to settle for a dachshund (and a mini one at that).

The US will soon get new dollar coins (again). These will feature pictures of all the dead presidents - each year, four more presidents will be introduced.
