I like the way the walls go out. Gives you an open feeling. Firefly is a good design. People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid.

What is even happening?

Yes, which is what gives it that nice, acidic bite.

A protester holding a sign that read, "FBI agent [some guy's name] Stop raping my wife!"

Oh, yeah, that guy. I usually see him near the Walgreen's by Water Tower Place.

You'll never have that recipe again?

I don't have a photographic memory, unfortunately, so at this point I'm not exactly sure what I tossed in the pot yesterday.

Did someone leave your soup out in the rain?

If someone leaves this soup out in the rain, I will cut them.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh, yeah, that guy. I usually see him near the Walgreen's by Water Tower Place.

Yep. That's where I saw him. Across the street (North) of Walgreens....

When I see people like that, I get curious as to what the story is....

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I haven't seen a lot of Scrubs this season, and am just now watching last week's episode. What happened to Cox's hair?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Lee, I was wondering the same thing myself! I figured I must have missed an episode or something.

Divine intervention, most likely. Dude was contending for Carrot Top's fugliness title for a while there.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

All the baby pictures posted this week over at Bitches got me to hook up my scanner and pull out my two boxes full of frames and photos, so I can scan and organize them all. I've now some of the more delicate older photos of my great-grandparents (on my dad's mom's side) scanned. Great Grandma Alida looks wonderful in her shirtwaist and Great Grandpa Jesse is very handsome in his stiff collar and tie.

I even found I had a photo of my Great-Great Grandma and her sister and sister's children! I'm glad my grandma and her sister went through the family photos before they passed away and wrote down as many identifications on the backs as they could remember.

What is even happening?

Scott and I have been watching, don't think I missed an episode (at least not the previous episode, and still asked the same thing.

His hair was looking skank, though. I'm wondering if he lost a bet, and if so -- thank goodness for small favors, because I always thought he was kind of hot 'til he got all goofy looking, this season. Ra-heally Carol, didja know you hair has the recommended da-haily allowance of Vitamin C?
