Our wings are not tired.

My child would have disabled the popups and loaded blocking software for her. Of course he also has managed to get around every blocking software I have put on his machine. Not to get to porn, but to chat with his friends and play Warcraft when he should be doing homework. (he still hasn't managed to get around the logging)

Note that if he didn't like the teacher he might install a porn loop. But generally he is helpful dude.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Poor msbelle.

There's nobody I don't blame in this instance, including both her lawyer and the prosecutor. Stupid all around.

Yes.

After careful review of last night's 30 Rock, I have to say: bon bon, there's no way you can be Liz Lemmon, because clearly I am Liz Lemmon.

OMG, he just said "MC Scat Kat." Oh no he di'n't.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Yes, yes he did. And I am too Liz Lemon!

got it beth, backsent. thanks.

MC Scat Kat is never good.

I am taking the cats to the vet tomorrow in a pet stroller. Similar to: [link]

I am doing some alterations tonight to make it hopefully escape proof.

I feel like it is so mock-worthy and yet, if it works, it will be such an easier way to transport them.

msbelle, hope you find something soon. And in a city where the best transport is public? A cat stroller is NOT mockworthy. What'd people prefer? Screaming insane cats assaulting them and peeing and puking rampant on the subway? Or avoiding the woman careening crazily under the burden of two losing-their-minds cats and a no-doubt laughing hysterically kid down a crowded sidewalk?

Oh, and you might try collaring them (if they don't wear collars, I can't recall) for the trip. Just in case.

Which reminds me, I really should chip my guys. Strictly indoor, but my nightmare is a maintenance person letting them out accidentally. I know nonpet people, or hell, people not me, don't get how utterly devastated I'd be to lose these guys, but I would. They may be just cats, but they are my responsibility and my therapy. When I'm having anxiety issues, front and center is coming home to my cats missing or otherwise. I have to talk myself down.

chipping is not a bad idea. These guys DO NOT do collars. The previous way to get them to the vet was get a friend to carry one box and I carried the other, cause at 14 pounds each, I cannot carry 2 and a cab for 7 blocks seems silly (although I have done it). Now I still need a friend, but that is for helping watch mac if there is any issue and helping get back 14 lbs of food.

mac is now doing the nightly feeding. 1st step on becoming a big helper at home.

Yeah, mine don't either. Devi, never. MK used to, but I took it off because the jangling made me insane and now he acts as if I'm killing him. So no go. It's always worth a shot, anyway.

How does mac feel about the felines now? Is he still indifferent/whatever? (I wonder about how much the pet thing is taught and how much is nature. I don't criticize either, I'm just curious. God knows if it isn't nature, I sure got the taught thing. My fam is animaliriffic.)

Your ad states that it is $515 + utilities. Is heat/hw included, or no?

I'm trying not hard not to be snarky. I think I have to wait until morning to answer him.
