I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It sounds like it should taste better than the regular kind (with added sweeteners, preservatives, and stabilizers) but it doesn't.

It so totally does.

Nasty sweetened shelf-stable peanut butter. We hatesss it.

Probably just because I've eaten natural peanut butter all my life, but Jif and Peter Pan and their ilk taste all kids of wrong withh an extra side of wrongness to me.

information libertarian

I'm with -t. I just hate mixing in the damn oil of natural peanut butter.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

is it better if you keep it in the fridge?

Art Crawl!!!

That's what I do -- I keep in the fridge and it stays mixed up. I find it so much more peanutty than the other stuff. (I hear rumors that the Whole Foods PB is amaaazing. . . . but the best I have had is the Trader Joe's. With salt. Trust. Me.)

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I thought Strega was starring the movie posters: like this Star Wars one where all the characters are drawn and grouped together.

Or, the Bad News Bears remake: [link]

I skip the PB and go straight for the TJ macadamia and cashew butter. Holy Smokes.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It sounds like it should taste better than the regular kind (with added sweeteners, preservatives, and stabilizers) but it doesn't.

It does! I'm on a mission to, well, eat badly with better ingredients. Swapping Jif or whatever for some peanuts+salt (will be hunting down saltless soon) butter was a great PB&J move. And the J's down to 5g of sugar per serving too.

OK, why did you have to tell me those things exist and it is possible to purchase them at a store not 3 miles from me? There is a reason I don't keep peanut butter or nuts of any sort in the house.

Everybody keep the red button away from Dana!

That sounds yummy! I was watching Good Eats last week, and one of the factoids said that macadamias have the highest fat content of all nuts, and cashews one of the lowest (along with pecans).
