ION, today's Dinosaur Comics is especially funny:
We just got a bunch of Dinosaur Comics greeting cards into my friends' store where I work on the weekend. Hilarious!!! I've been making everybody pick them up and read them out loud. (I'm not sure they are available online but you might could email them and ask about them if you're interested: Atomic Books)
you know what's hard? Copyediting a book written by an "anarchist"...they have no respect for the rules of punctuation or grammar or really any rules at all! (I volunteered to do this so I really shouldn't complain too much.)
or sneak something out of tommyrot's Apple store bag and make him think he'd lost it already.
I
never
loose my Apple stuff! I'd immediately suspect thievery, of the possibly-prehensile-tail-committed variety.
Me too. I decided to forgo a mid-morning snack today
I am eating a tangerine. It won't hold me for long.

OK, this made me laugh. And then laugh some more. And maybe a little bit more.
Tailor-made torture for editors!
I love dry cheerios as a morning snack (like a toddler!). Not a lot of calories, heart healthy, and they're fun to pop in your mouth.

I am obsessing about lunch. I keep thinking of the nearby Italian place where I'm going to go. I've already decided to not get something off the lunch special menu, and I can't decide if I want the linguine calamari or the steak.
There's something so decadent about ordering steak for lunch....
There has been no news, but - there is a contest to create a promo for SPN - the contest starts March 1 and the winner will be announced at a JUNE conference. Some people are taking that as a good sign.
Promax/BDA, the advertising promotion and marketing association, is teaming up with The CW Network and creative marketing solutions company BLINK, to launch a competition for college students to create a commercial promoting CW drama Supernatural.
Titled Making the Cut and beginning March 1, undergraduate students will be able to visit the Promax/BDA Web site to obtain official rules for submitting entries. The promotional trailers can be up to 90 seconds long. Participants will be provided with program footage.
Promax/BDA and CW officials will select the finalists and feature their work at a June conference sponsored by BLINK, whose Seth Berkowitz initiated the contest idea after participating in and winning another Promax/BDA competition.

We're partial to the Honey Nut Cheerios for snackage. Verry tasty.

That's going to be one hellacious food coma this afternoon. But YUM!
I like the plain ones. Honey nut are a little too sweet.
Cheerios are gross. You people are sick.
