DCistas, have there been significant weather-caused mail problems out of your area? I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off all day looking for something plaintiffs filed, and they are saying that they transmitted it to a place that was supposed to mail it out of DC on the 20th. It hasn't gotten to here, North Carolina, West Virginia or Louisiana neither. Since Tuesday. And I always think that plaintiffs lie. So what's the truth?

Not that I know of. Work and personal mail has been arriving on time, which is usually a tad bit slower than the rest of the country.
