Don't worry, I'm not gonna start any sword fights. I'm over that phase.

Every couple of weeks I get blemishes out on the same place on my scalp. This morning I could feel another one coming on and I was totally like, "I have some kind of scalp cancer pimple!"

Dads should not have bike accidents that necessitate surgery! It's too freaky!

I woke to the sound of a tree branch breaking and crashing to the ground. It was ...startling.

Our wings are not tired.

All good thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery for the dad of msbelle. Also some ~ma for calm and pleasant travels.

Twin wrestling matches! In Kat's womb! Ouch. I hope the sick is on its last legs. No more sick. Time to get to the glowing and feeling great stuff.

So tired. Does maniacal laughing help?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm glad for your dad, msbelle, and hope your mom recovers soon.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

recover-ma for Pa Belle.

But I still was like "CLIVE!!!!" when he presented last night. I didn't even know he was going to be there, so I was surprised.

I had a powerful desire to see him make out with Cate Blanchett when they walked out together. "Just make out with her right now!"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I hope everything goes as smoothly as possible for your father msbelle.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible upset stomach. Still feeling aftereffects of pain this morning. Officially tired of this body.

Get well soon~ma to your dad, msbelle.

I ended up having a pretty productive weekend, what with working up two versions of the F2F logo and organizing the two bookcases in my living room/hallway. The next things for me to do around the house are sort through comics I want to throw out and unpack boxes of magazines (unopened since the move in 2004) so I can do the same with them. It feels odd to be within a weekend's work of having every room in my home except the extra room presentable for company...

Recovery~ma to msbelle's dad--I hope he's up and walking soon!

I cannot have any caffeine today, since I'm donating platelets tonight. Bleah. And gronk. At least I'm only working a half-day today, since I want to fit in a Target run, a workout, picking up my diet food and dropping it off at home, and eating my dinner while there, all before going to Lifesource for the donation at 5:30.

I feel like a sloth since I didn't go for a swim yesterday morning like I was planning to do all week (I ended up getting in only about 11 minutes of an old aerobics video before the Oscars started). Oh, and I got e-mail notice of my electricity bill, and since the rate freeze is now over and the extreme cold of this month (electric heat in my apartment), it went up about 40%! Feh.
