DCistas, it's RenFaire time! I'll be going on Sept. 6...if you want to meet there, drop me a note. Profile addy is good.
Raquel's news also goes for BayAreaistas... email me if you want a 2-for-1 pass or a free pass, along with directions and a map of the Faire site with a schedule of all the shows and performers and leather corset booths that might be of interest to Buffistas. You can find me at the front gate as a horribly sincere Puritan, explaining earnestly to everyone why they should turn around and go home before they find themselves frying like a goose on the eternal fiery spits of Hell.

I was packing stuff for my move, and I found that I have an extra copy of Fray #2.
The first person to contact me at my profile address who wants it gets it.
...And the comic is taken.
Tonight is likely the last Buffy on UPN in the United States.
Chosen will be shown.
Next week UPN will be showing "UPN's Funky Flubs" in the timeslot.
Be very afraid.
That's it, all four contigious US time zones have shown the final finale.
Goodbye BtVS.
Damn allergies.
Here's where to go to continue during-the-year F2F planning (thanks, Juliana!):
There's Deb's Halloween party, various left coast Buffistas are going East in Sept. and October, etc. Let the party planning begin!

BACK TO THE FUTURE: It's official: Buffy sire Joss Whedon has signed a deal with Universal to turn his short-lived Fox series Firefly into a feature film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Whedon — who will pen the script — will make his big-screen directorial debut with the project. Shooting is expected to begin in early 2004, and it's Whedon's hope that the show's original cast will return.
