Hello. As some of you may be aware, I've been organising a character quote deathmatch in The Quotable Buffy thread. The rules can be found here. I've collected quotes for most of the major characters, and we'll be playing to see which quote seems to best sum up or represent the character.
For those who have not yet completed Season 7, I will note if any of the character quotes are spoilery. Reasons why character quotes may not be spoilery may include, but are not limited to - the character did not appear in season 7; the character appeared, but did not say anything memorable in season 7; the character appeared, was very memorable, but nothing intelligible could be heard from around the ball gag; I'm mad with power - MAD, I TELL YOU!
I'll be posting the begining of each match here, so that people can participate fully and freely. We'll be getting started Monday evening (er, evening my time, noonish board time).

Attention Expectant Buffistas!
Do any of you glowing moms-to-be want an electric breast pump?
I have a 3-year-old Purely Yours pump that I want to give to someone who needs one. I used it for about six months; then I started working from home and did not need to pump so often.
The FDA has said that breast pumps are personal medical devices and should not be swapped -- however, the Purely Yours has a closed mechanism (unlike the Medela Pump In Style, where milk CAN get into the pump mechanism).
I can also send two sets of bottles/tubing; adapters for Avent bottles, and flexishield inserts, all of which can be boiled for sterilization. You can buy more parts online pretty easily. Also comes with free been-there-done-that nursing mom help if you want. :-)
Breast-pumping isn't fun but (like breastfeeding in general) it is really worthwhile. I did a lot of obsessive research before I chose this pump, and it was easy to use. It has a nice, unobtrusive black carrying case (not one with little teddy bears all over it, in other words), and the case has a cooler compartment, too. The Purely Yours will also run on regular batteries, which means you don't need a hugely expensive power converter.
Profile addy good. First cranky, swollen-ankled, nervous and overly planny mom-to-be to ask for it gets it.
